Keeping Active
Keeping active is good for both our physical and mental wellbeing yet over 50 per cent of blind and partially sighted people feel limited in the activities they can take part.
That’s why we have social and activity clubs across Cornwall specifically for people with sight loss as well as a walking buddies scheme. Plus, if there’s an activity that we don’t offer, we can often put you in touch with someone who can help.
For people who struggle with physical activities, there are other ways we can support you to prevent you from feeling isolated.
