Tracy's Kitchen Equipment

Tracy from Camelford received talking kitchen equipment through the fund. Tracy said: “Being registered blind I find simple tasks very difficult, especially when it comes to cooking. It’s very difficult trying to measure ingredients whilst holding a magnifying glass at the same time.

“But the talking microwave and measuring scales are fabulous. I don’t have to ask anyone for help when I’m cooking and I don’t get headaches anymore from straining my eyes. It has given me a feeling of independence and allows me to spend a lot more time baking with my granddaughter, which is something we both enjoy.
