Sight Loss Support in Cornwall Guide
Receiving a sight loss diagnoses can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to navigate what support is available to you. We’ve drawn on our many years of experience as Cornwall’s sight loss charity to put together a guide to help support you through your sight loss journey.
Our Sight Loss Support guide will explain the registration process, what help and support is available to you as a resident of Cornwall, and offer general support with concessions and assistance.
Created by iSightCornwall and supported by the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly, Cornwall Council and the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Optical Council, this guide offers a comprehensive overview of sight loss support in the county.
It is available below as an e-book and as an audio described video. To order a print version or alternative formats, please contact us via our contact form or call 01872 261110.
