iSightCornwall staff and trustees recently came together to reflect on the values of the charity and what iSightCornwall means to them as well as ways in which we should develop as an organisation.
Both trustees and staff work as a team to ensure iSightCornwall can continue to help blind and partially sighted people throughout Cornwall stay active, healthy and independent.
The values session saw the iSightCornwall team discussing what they believe is important to people with sight loss, what the charity does well and how we can continue to improve in the future.
Kerry Eldridge, one of the newest iSightCornwall trustees, said: “Team work makes the iSightCornwall dream work. Thank you for a fantastic session talking about our values and for how we best support blind and partially sighted people in Cornwall.”
