We’re open, and committed to keeping you safe

June 2021: Coronavirus Update from Chief Executive, Carole Theobald

iSightCornwall's chief executive Carole TheobaldThe good news is the Sight Centre is open. If you need to come in to see us, we want to keep each other as safe as possible so we are following government guidelines on social distancing and we are limiting the number of visitors, so we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Our Sight Centre teams will be wearing protective equipment as required for their protection as well as yours. Face coverings need to be worn when you see us unless you are in an exempt category.

The good news is that we are also contactable for appointments, and support and information on the telephone and online. Our usual range of daily living aids will also be available through our online shop – click here to open the shop in a new tab.

If you have a low vision or assistive technology appointment booked, you will receive a letter containing information on what to do once you arrive for your appointment.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
