Yesterday, we held our Annual General Meeting at Tripsen Community Centre. We received a fantastic turnout and it was great to see so many friendly and familiar faces, thank you all for coming.
During the first half of the meeting we reviewed the minutes from last year’s meeting, received an overview of the year from iSightCornwall CEO, Terri Rosnau-Ward and a presentation of the 2015/16 accounts from Mark Williams, auditor from Robinson Reed Layton.
During the second half of the meeting, Will Westlake (who stood down yesterday after 7 years of service on the Board) delivered an extremely interesting and insightful presentation and question and answer session on eye health.
We were lucky enough to welcome three new members to our board; Stuart Evered, Liberty Nightingale and Joe Stinton, who has returned to our Board of Trustees after a year’s absence. We are very lucky to have these individuals on board and look forward to working with them in the future.
