To celebrate the upcoming Paralympic games, disAbility Cornwall & Isles of Scilly have teamed up with the Cornwall Sports Partnership to give-away free 7-day gym and swim passes to be used at any Tempus Leisure Site.
Anybody with a disability (and their carer) can can apply for a free pass by completing the form below and returning it to info@isightcornwall.org.uk by 09:00 on Monday the 5th of September.
