Delivery policy

We will make every effort to dispatch orders within 3 working days, however, if you have not received your goods within 10 working days please contact us on 01872 261110, or e-mail us at shop@isightcornwall.org.uk.

We use the Royal Mail’s ‘Articles for the Blind’ scheme which waives the cost of sending large print materials and specialist equipment to blind and visually impaired people. To qualify for free delivery you must be blind or partially sighted and select ‘I am visually impaired’ in the postage options.

The Articles for the Blind scheme does not offer guarantees of delivery or insurance for valuable items. Therefore we may have to make delivery charges for some high-value products which need to be sent by special delivery. In these instances, the cost of delivery will be added to your order when you checkout.

When you receive your goods please check your delivery note and let us know immediately (within 7 working days of receiving the order) about any discrepancies with your order.
